Has worked as a landscape painter since 1977, with studios in New York City, Santa Fe, NM, San Francisco, CA, Anchorage Alaska, Hoboken and Jersey City, NJ. Now permanently resides in Southern California’s Mojave Desert in Yucca Valley. Has summer studio & Gallery Turquoise on the banks of the Kenai River in Cooper Landing Alaska.Current 2D work is paintings inspired by running and fishing Alaskan rivers, abstract aerial geological compositions, works based on music, and multimedia digital photography. 3D work is earthwork installations and proposals, and garden designs. Head of the Copper Mountain College Art Department in Joshua Tree, CA.
